Shipping charges in our shopping cart are estimates ...

The shipping charges on our website are based on the total estimated weight of your order, matched up with the shipping distance between your location and ours. The weight estimates may not be accurate, and don't include the weight or size of boxes and other packing materials. Actual shipping charges on your invoice may vary from the estimates.

* At your request we would be happy to call you with the actual charges before shipping your order. Please let us know in the "Special Instructions" box as you fill in your address details.

*There is a $3.00 Handling & Packing Fee on all orders under $50 --
(also when your total is less than $50 after available discounts)

Our online shopping system does not have the ability to apply business, professional or certain sale
discounts to your order automatically. We apply those discounts when we take your order off the
website and put it in our ordering system the next business day.

WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD when you place your order on the website. We only bill your
credit card when we have your order packaged and ready to ship to you.

We will call you for your CVV code! By law, the 3rd party system we use for our shopping cart can not send
that information to us, even though you add it to the credit card information.

We send a tracking number after we ship your order. For now, it will show up in your email as "noreply@freightpop.com". Please check your junk/spam box and know this is a legitimate email from us.

We receive all online orders at our store in Portland. If you place an order for pickup in or shipment from Eugene, it may not be immediately ready. We will send the order down to the Eugene store and they will contact you when it is ready to pick up. Please allow an extra day for the delay or call the Eugene store 541-338-7654 if you need it by a specific time or date.

We ship most supply and glaze orders within 3 to 5 business days. On occasion we are out of stock on some items. This may delay shipment of your order. How would you like us to deal with that? See the options below, then please use the Comments box for any special requests. Business days for shipments from Georgies are Monday through Friday. Please give us 24 hours notice for orders to pick up at our stores. Are there critical items which you absolutely need as soon as possible? Would you like us to hold your order until we have all the items to send? Should we ship what we have in stock and wait for the rest to arrive?

*** We surveyed a group of 35 recent orders to check the accuracy of the shipping charge estimates. Of those orders, 17 had shipping charges were higher than the estimates by an average of $1.41. The shipping charges were *lower* than the estimates for the other 18 orders by an average of $1.66.

Georgies Privacy Policy

• When you send us your order, we will record your name, address, phone number and email address in our store computer system for future reference. Your name may be added to one of our mailing lists at that time. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please let us know. We'll respond to your request right away.
• We use a third-party shopping cart service for our website. Your order will be stored in a secure server until we download it on the next business day through a secure data connection. As an additional security measure, we do not record your credit or debit card information in our store computer unless you specifically ask that we do. Our store computer is not directly connected to the Internet, so information in our store files cannot be stolen that way.
• We do not sell, rent, lend, lease or trade our mailing lists to any third parties or other businesses. We probably
  receive more spam than you do, and we hate it too.
