Cone 6 Tile in Greenware • Bisque • Tile Frames & Boxes

The CONE 06 TILES we stock are manufactured commercially from white clays, perfect for decoration and finishing with underglazes and glazes from Duncan, Mayco or Amaco. Check the product labels for firing instructions and recommended temperatures. These tiles fire to a maximum of cone 1 (2109°F).

Our CONE 6 TILES are made by a local company using our own Timberline Sculptural clay. When fired to cone 6, it's vitreous and waterproof for outdoor use, and tough enough to hold up under foot traffic. Working with cone 6 glazes opens up whole new worlds of color and design for you as an artist. Especially if you use cone 6 glazes in combination with our Interactive Pigments... imagine the possibilities!
